Land Boundary Surveys are one of the more common services Shawnee Professional Services performs for its clients. All boundary surveys performed must conform to the Minimum Standards of Practice in Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, or Missouri and must be signed and sealed by a Professional Land Surveyor licensed in that state.

Shawnee is also licensed in many other states and can provide boundary surveying that reflects the licensing requirements in those states. Shawnee currently employs 10 licensed surveyors in the State of Illinois and surrounding states. A typical survey will consist of a Plat of Survey (a map) of the subject property with a metes and bounds description with all corners monumented and marked on the property if required.
